Train the Coach
Coaching provides fantastic added value to training programmes and generates amazing results when used by managers and leaders within a business. We recommend that any development programme should harness the use of coaches to maximise the impact of learning back in the workplace.
Our Train the Coach programmes are designed around your needs and can vary in duration from one to seven days dependent upon the level studied. Furthermore our programmes can be delivered without accreditation or as part of one of our leadership and management development programmes.
The People Development Team is accredited to deliver the complete range of coaching qualifications offered by the Institute of Leadership and Management, the only awarding body to provide qualifications aimed at developing the coaching/mentoring ability of managers and training professionals. This includes professional coaching as well as coaching and mentoring within the workplace. The table below summarises the requirements:
