What does supporting the staying include?
This one day workshop assists your staff in dealing with transitional change successfully. It provides tools to build up confidence in the new environment and touches on the following topics:
- Understanding and managing transitional change
- Strategies for managing change
- The roles and implications of communication and vision
- Change and behavioural styles
We also offer a workshop to support your managers in handling these difficult situations, topics include:
- Managing and leading teams through transitional change
- Coaching team members through the change
Utilising tools such as Thomas DISC behavioural analysis, these workshops can be underpinned by coaching to empower your staff and managers through the transition and improve retention rates.

When should you consider this outplacement support option?
Although this support framework can be implemented as soon as consultation begins, it is often helpful to make use of it once redundancies have been announced or when the TUPE process has been agreed and completed.
In the case of acquisitions or joint ventures, the workshop is most useful once organisational changes have been mapped out and announced.
Who would benefit?
Aimed at management and workforce alike, any group that is going through transformational change (even if there are no redundancies) will benefit from this workshop that challenges attitudes to change and how it is managed.
Why choose us?
With over 10 years experience of working with organisations going through change, the People Development Team champions the use of tools that map organisational and individual behaviours and cultures. We work with teams in the organisation to best understand and harness the power of change to both those crucial elements positively.
