What does individual support include?
Individual support will provide your employees with the chance to explore their options and motivations, receive advice and guidance from a coach or practice before going for an interview, all to a Matrix™ accredited standard. Support can include:
- Information, advice and guidance sessions

Individual support for Executives will answer your middle and senior management's needs as these might call for a more in-depth approach and include a wider variety of specific career development tools. This approach is complimented by our online support portal. Sessions can include:
- Career coaching

When should you consider this outplacement support option?
Providing redundancy, redeployment or outplacement support to your staff can start as early as the consultation stages. It is important to deploy a solution to individuals or small groups before they are given their final notice as we are not able to support them after this time under the terms of the current UK data protection legislation.
Who would benefit?
This option is suitable for organisations with a small group needing support or as part of a mixed programme of individual and group support, combined with telephone coaching and access to web-based support tools and advice.
This solution is also likely to suit organisations undergoing longer periods of change, during which small groups or inidividuals are made redundant as and when needed. It is a very flexible solution, allowing the people affected to define their goals and act toward achieving them.
