What does group support include?
The group support options are aimed at five or more people and cover a variety of subjects to support those being made redundant, those staying and those managing the redundancy process.

When should you consider this outplacement support option?
Providing redundancy, redeployment or outplacement support to your staff can start as early as the consultation stages. It is important to deploy a solution to individuals or small groups before they are given their final notice as we are not able to support them after this time under the terms of the current UK data protection legislation.
Who would benefit?
If you have a large group who would benefit from up-skilling and updating their knowledge about the job market, business start-up, finances or retirement, you may well find this option useful. We recommend that groups are of between five and twelve people, and can be combined with 1:1 sessions.
The People Development Team can also run masterclasses aimed at the team that manages the redundancies in your organisation, covering areas such as maintaining motivation, change management and redundancy management.
If you think you may require support for more that 80 people, it is worth considering dedicated on-site support.
