Is there funding available?
Funding varies greatly across the UK - some areas allow individuals to access it, some require the organisation the are about to leave or recently left to apply for funding on their behalf and some are accessible through organisations such as JobCentrePlus or local careers services.
East of England Funding: you either live or work in the East of England area (Beds, Cambs, Essex, Herts, Norfolk, Suffolk) and are a manager, there are up to £1,200 available for up-skilling courses or outplacement support. Please read more here.
