What is Outplacement?

It is usually a solution that includes different kinds of support to a person who has lost their job, including practical steps such as help writing a CV, preparing for interviews, and emotional support such as confidence building, motivating towards a focus on the future, overcoming the practicalities of redundancy and career coaching.
