Time for your staff to discuss individual aspirations and circumstances with a consultant, define personal goals and create an action plan
Executive sessions:
These can include more extensive tools, such as behavioural profiling and creating a personal marketing portfolio
Job market skills:
Group sessions including: CV writing, marketing yourself, job searching techniques, winning the interview, psychometric tests and assessment centres
Computer skills:
In small groups or 1:1s, Internet and email use, building confidence with MS Word and MS Excel
Life skills:
Group sessions including: pre-retirement and financial planning
Business skills:
Business start-up and 1:1 marketing, logo and web basics
Change management skills:
Group sessions including: team building, motivational skills and redundancy management
Resource centre:
An on-site dedicated outplacement support centre that has books, computers, local information and notices, professional publications, daily newspapers and a job board that is updated daily
Management updates:
Reporting on uptake of workshops and 1:1 sessions and other activities, ensuring value for money
