What does Individual and Executive support include?

Individual support will provide your employees the chance to explore options and motivators, receive advice and guidance from a coach or practice before going for an interview, all to a Matrix™ accredited standard. Sessions can include:

Information, advice and guidance sessions
Career guidance
CV creation

Executive support will answer your middle and senior management’s needs as these might call for a more in-depth approach and include a wider variety of specific career development tools. This approach is complimented by an online support portal. Sessions can include:

Career coaching
Behavioural profiling
Personal marketing portfolio
Business coaching and logo design

Blue Leader - 4 Hours outplacement	• 1:1 Director coaching covering framework, marketing and targeting • Interview skills workshop • Web based support tools and advice • 1:1 Action plan and update
Red Leader - 6 Hours outplacement	• 1:1 Director coaching time to be spent on pre-agreed choices from the following: Career Coaching • Identifying aspirations & emotions • Future visioning & overcoming obstacles • Skills transferability • Personal marketing strategies & action planning Practical Skills • Career portfolio development • Personal presentation & interviewing • Negotiation and networking
