What does Individual and Executive support include?
Individual support will provide your employees the chance to explore options and motivators, receive advice and guidance from a coach or practice before going for an interview, all to a Matrix™ accredited standard. Sessions can include:
- Information, advice and guidance sessions
- Career guidance
- CV creation
Executive support will answer your middle and senior management’s needs as these might call for a more in-depth approach and include a wider variety of specific career development tools. This approach is complimented by an online support portal. Sessions can include:
- Career coaching
- Behavioural profiling
- Personal marketing portfolio
- Business coaching and logo design

Blue Leader - 4 Hours outplacement |
• 1:1 Director coaching covering framework, marketing and targeting |
Red Leader - 6 Hours outplacement |
• 1:1 Director coaching time to be spent on pre-agreed choices |
Yellow Leader - 8 Hours outplacement |
• 1:1 Director coaching time to be spent on pre-agreed choices from Career Coaching and Practical Skills as outlined above |
When should you consider outplacement support?
