Who would benefit?
If you have a large group who would benefit from up-skilling and updating their knowledge about the job market, business start up, finances or retirement, you may well find this option useful. We recommend that groups are of between 8 and 12 people, and can be combined with 1:1 sessions.

The People Development Team can also run masterclasses aimed at the team that manages the redundancies in your organisation, covering areas such as maintaining motivation, change management and redundancy management.
