The People Development Team is a leading provider of Leadership and Management qualifications which support managers in enhancing their skills and as well as gaining an internationally recognised qualification.
In addition to our leadership programmes, we are also a nationally recognised and accredited provider of career coaching and redundancy support and have helped hundreds of individuals to identify their aspirations and achieve their career goals.
To support individuals who are at risk or under notice of redundancy, have access to grants* that can provide you with training for free, worth up to £1,200, which will include:
- 1 hour session with an advisor to discuss your aspirations, options and training requirements
- A free CV brush up
- Free place on of one of our ILM qualification programmes or other non accredited management programmes including:
- 2 day management essentials course
- Senior leadership workshop
- ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 2 Award in Team Leading
- ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
- ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching
