Web-based Learning
Web-based learning offers flexibility, accessibility and cost-effectiveness when implementing a training and development programme.
It can be used stand-alone or as an accompaniment to face to face training. We are able to use it any way you wish, to enhance the delivery of your leadership and management programmes.
We currently use web-based learning to:
- Support our management qualification programmes
- Deliver our leadership programmes to globally-based teams via web-powered platforms such as WebEx
- Offer flexible e-learning on over 9,000 topics via the PDT Academy
The benefits of e-learning
- Increased flexibility - all programmes have an automatic memory which bookmarks where you are in your chosen topic, so that they can pick up and drop off learning, work and private lives permitting
- Access to Assessments for qualification programmes - all assessments are pre-loaded and centrally located which means that full auditing can take place and that all assessments are tracked. Assessments can be completed at the candidate's choosing.
- Learning Materials - online learning gives you access to reading lists, websites and research papers that enhance the learning experience and provide added value for learners who wish to explore topics further
- Continual Trainer Contact - the system provides chat facilities for programme delegates and trainers to provide immediate feedback, guidance and support when required
