Train the Trainer
Introduction to Trainer Skills (City & Guilds 7300)
Your trainers train your staff. But who trains the trainers? We offer this intensive 2 day City & Guilds accredited programme in-house for your organisation or you can send individuals on one of our open programmes.
Who is the train the trainer qualification for?
When trainers themselves receive training, it is usually aimed at familiarising them with the specifics of a new or revised module or programme. This programme is based on the training cycle and aims to provide participants with a sound introduction to the concepts of a systematic approach to training itself. It is ideal for those who train others in organisations.
Programme objectives
The programme is based on the training cycle and covers:
- Planning (including session planning)
- Delivery (participants will deliver a 10 or 15 minute session that they have planned)

- Setting ground rules
- Use of icebreakers
- The learning environment
