Working with the NHS
The People Development Team is working with NHS Trusts and Hospitals across England to deliver leadership and management solutions to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
AMSPAR, the Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators and Receptionists, has recognised the value of the qualifications that we deliver and offers successful learners a certificate of attendance and access to membership.
The Trusts and Hospitals are in some cases utilising MPET/JIF funding to access our training.
Examples of our current delivery include:
- Change Leadership - ILM accredited 1 day workshops for bands 1 to 9
- ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading
- ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
- Facilitated senior management residential programme
Women and Work project
The Women and Work Sector Pathways initiative, managed by the UK Commission, aims to enable women to progress in traditionally male-dominated industries. Working with a number of sector skills councils, we have successfully developed and delivered leadership and managment programmes to aspiring and current women managers across the UK.
Some of sector skills councils who have recently offered funding have included:
- LANTRA - The skills sector for agriculture (crop & livestock), environmental conservation, fencing, game and wildlife, landscape horticulture, botanic, exterior/interior and sports turf, production horticulture, land-based engineering and trees and timber industries.
- Energy and Utilities Skills - The sector skills council for the power, gas, waste management, renewable energy and water industries.
Our 3 day leadership development programme,
Growing Great Leaders, is just one of the programmes that we have
developed and delivered to women with access to this funding. If your organisation falls outside of the sectors
mentioned, please still get in touch and we can look for other
funding opportunities available.
