Change leadership in an NHS of the future
Accredited 1 day workshops for bands 1 to 9 in the NHS
Is now the time to question and re-evaluate current practice in the NHS?
Far too often the behaviours we see, act out and replicate are the behaviours we need to address.
If we were looking from the outside in, we might question more often whether our behaviours are in fact
best practise.
In a busy and changing workplace, the skills set of NHS staff is crucial to the organisation’s
future success. We can show yourself and others how to motivate, positively deal with stress, develop
effective leadership styles, lead constructive change and take a sensitive and coaching approach to
dealing with difficult times.
Specifically designed for clinical and support staff across the NHS, we are delighted to offer to
you five 1 day workshops to address the key issues currently seen within the NHS.
Our workshops are tailored by our expert trainers to meet both the trusts and the individuals’
needs whilst providing delegates with transferable leadership and management skills that can be applied
throughout the workplace immediately. Accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM),
delegates will gain credits towards a widely recognised qualification at either Level 2 or 3.
ILM accredited 1 day workshops available include:
- Dealing with change
