The People Development Team are delighted to offer your organisation one of the following four in-house programmes utilising the Leadership and Management funding for companies with 5 - 249 employees.

With funding* it will only cost £42 per person for the day if you have 12 delegates.

This programme focuses on considering why both understanding and diagnosing culture is key to success and offering the tools to alter your culture where needed.

It is suitable for a team who needs to understand how their culture impacts on the organisation's development and how the team can help ensure the success of the company strategy.

High performance teams

This invigorating and fast-paced programme gives an understanding of how team dynamics can be developed to deliver a high performance team.

It is suitable for a team who need to focus on how to build and improve team dynamics to produce better business results and how to harness every individual's skills and grow as a group by understanding the first stages of growth and development to become a high performance team.

Performance management

This programme focuses on the development of a performance based approach to management by exploring the behaviours and techniques that allow all members of the team to improve their results.

Suitable for middle managers of larger organisations (i.e. with 250+ employees), more senior managers in smaller organisations and aspiring middle managers, it is designed to equip managers with the skills necessary to improve their team's performance using a variety of tools and techniques.

Turning strategy into profit

Specifically designed for staff who are strategic decision makers in your business, this fast moving programme looks at four key areas of business performance, allows you to benchmark yourself against a high performing company's norm and then develop action plans to improve performance.

It aims to give senior managers/Directors several high impact strategies to turn their business strategy into profit during difficult economic times.
