What are diagnostic tools?
Diagnostic tools enable HR and learning & development professionals to evaluate the performance of individuals, teams, departments and whole organisations against sets of criteria such as the organisation's own competency framework or a standard competency framework.
The results of diagnostics can then be used to inform the content of management development and leadership development programmes and management qualification programmes. They can also be used to support your reward practices and policies as well as influence the delivery of your organisational strategy and objectives.
