Tools to support team development
Prior to a top team intervention, participants can benefit from completing a behavioural diagnostic such as Thomas DISC™. Each individual would then have a one hour confidential 1:1 feedback session with one of our Thomas DISC specialists. During this feedback session the delegate is encouraged to bring forth any issues about their current working practice and also to highlight any particular areas of development that they would like addressed during the programme.
