Top UK Training Company Accredited in Republic of Ireland
The People Development Team (PDT), the UK 's second largest provider of accredited training through the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), has achieved accreditation to deliver the ILM's outstanding programmes throughout the Republic of Ireland.
“We're delighted that we can now offer our quality ILM programmes in Ireland ,” said Hilary Rowe, PDT's Sales Director. “The fact that the training we offer in Ireland can now be accredited is a great benefit for the clients – as well as the quality of training being assured, the individual delegates also achieve an internationally recognised management qualification.”
The accreditation process is rigorous, with only select organisations being authorised to deliver the ILM programmes. PDT, who have been accredited to run these programmes for over three years in the UK , say that the clients like the adaptability of the ILM programmes. “Whether you are running a team leading, first line management or coaching programme, you can select modules that suit your clients' needs.” Said Robin Lodge, PDT's accredited programmes champion. “By offering a product that's as flexible as the ILM portfolio you can ensure that learning – not just training – is the outcome.”
PDT will be launching their ILM programmes in Ireland in January with a free seminar on leadership held in Dublin.
