Unconscious Bias
A Practical Workshop
Unconscious Bias is something we all hold. We carry it with us every day. It's normal, it's natural. Unmanaged however; it can have a huge impact on our relationships, our performance and our decision making.
In this highly interactive and engaging session, you willlearn to recognise bias and manage bias in everyday interactions.
Once you become aware of the nature of Unconscious Bias, you can't easily switch off that awareness. You'll begin to see it's effects all around you.
“I can now see how micro-behaviours were affecting our talent and engagement strategy - simple when you hear it delivered like that”
