ILM Level 5: Award in Management

Award
This ILM Level 5 Award aims to give practising or potential middle managers the
foundation for their formal development in their role with a focus on highly practical
and applicable tools. It requires delegates to analyse their personal performance and
that of the organisation, in order for them to identify the required outcomes for them
to succeed in their role.
Course content
- Understanding the management role
- Developing and leading teams to meet organisation goals and objectives
- Managing for efficiency and effectiveness
Level 5 qualifications require a high level of commitment from delegates. The ideal delegate will have the responsibility for the control of activities and work output of other managers as well as their own teams.
Minimum Credit Value: 12 credits Minimum Guided Learning Hours: 42 hours Completion Within: 3 year Induction: 1 hour Minimum Tutorial Support: 2 hours Assessment Work based assignments x 3
Programme
This is a 6 day programme. Delegates are required to attend all 6 days in order to attain their acreditation. All training will take place our offices in Ware, Hertfordshire.
