Level 2: Award in Team Leading
The People Development Team is one of the UK's leading providers
of Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) accredited leadership
and management programmes.
Back by popular demand, we are delighted to
announce a new set of dates for individuals from a number of different
organisations to attend the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading commencing
April 2012.
This Level 2 programme aims at developing the people skills in
your organisation. It will help individuals to develop their team leading
skills through an increased understanding of team dynamics and
improved communication.
Award
This is a short programme for all team workers, especially those with
team leading or coordinating responsibilities. If staff are working in a
team with little or no formal training, this programme provides an ideal start
to ongoing development.

Minimum Credit Value: 3 credits Minimum Guided Learning Hours: 22 hours Completion Within: 1 year Induction: 1 hour Minimum Tutorial Support: 1 hour Assessment Mandatory Units: Reflective review Assessment Optional Units: Reflective reviews, and work-based assignments.

This 3 day programme. Delegates are required to attend all 3 days.
