Leading Cultural Change seminar for the NHS

We recently developed a seminar specifically for the National Health Service to focus on cultural change across Primay Care and Foundation Trusts.

The future of the NHS is without doubt going to be challenging and will need leaders with the capacity and resilience to enable and drive fundamental changes that will enhance organisational effectiveness and sustainability.
