Telesales Executive
Role summary
We are looking for an energetic, focussed individual to join our sales team. You will be promoting the People Development Team across a range of sectors, introducing not only our exciting development services but also our highly committed salespeople and trainers.
Initially based in Ware, you will be responsible for targeted outbound calls with the key aims of either securing appointments or selling programmes to clients. You will need to be able to hit the ground running and be available to observe training across the region as well as regularly attend our premises in Ware. We will be looking for an individual who can represent the People Development Team ethos on the phone and in the behaviour, amongst others they are an eagerness to learn and the ability to self-motivate.

In return, we will provide full training, a bonus package and the opportunity to either develop further in the role or to move into other sales roles within the organisation.
