Role summary
Interested in working in learning and development?
We are currently eager to employ a bright, energetic and ambitious graduate who wants to take on a major challenge. You will be working alongside the Managing Director and other members of the team, acting in a support role to manage and develop client accounts through the delivery of excellent service. You will experience:
- Client meetings (blue chip and SME
- Programme development
- Programme delivery
- New technology implementation
- Programme pricing
- Client reviews
- Trainer briefing
Based in Ware, you will be expected to travel, with some overnight stays, taking part in client meetings and following up any actions that arise as a result. Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and delivery of our client solutions. This will involve IT solutions as well as, traditional face to face solutions.
After a short period of time you will move into managing a number of accounts that will enable you to develop these skills further.
