Blended Learning Trainer
Role summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic blended learning trainer to support our existing provision and to provide guidance in the development of our new e-product base.
We currently use:
- A 360° System
- 2 E-Learning Platforms
- A Learning Repository
- Webex
- Linked-In
We need a bright and enthusiastic individual to integrate the solutions together as well as drive the agenda of Training through Technology to our internal team and our clients. You will be well versed in the use of technology within learning and development, able to base client proposals on the use of the technologies (and others) as well as deliver programmes in your own right.
Information Technology will play an important role in the People Development Team's future and therefore this position provides unrivalled opportunities within the organisation.
In order to be successful within this role, you will have:
- A track record in delivering IT driven training, either as a programme manager or a front-end deliverer
- Experience in delivering training in a blue chip environment
- An understanding of the cost benefit of IT use in training
- A network to support the development of further products and services
- Energy and determination
