This one day programme provides an alternative to the traditional performance management programme. It focuses on the development of a performance based approach to management by exploring the behaviours and techniques that allow all members of the team to improve their results.

This programme is designed to equip managers with the skills necessary to improve their team's performance using a variety of tools and techniques.

Who is it for?

This programme is most suitable for middle managers of larger organisations (i.e. with 250+ employees), senior managers in smaller organisations or aspiring middle managers
