This interactive day is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge, skills and confidence to rapidly deliver effective coaching in the workplace.
It focuses on the core skills and knowledge that enable coaches to operate effectively, as well as giving delegates time to develop in the numerous short, snappy skills practice sessions.
Who is it for?
This one day programme is suitable for all newcomers to coaching or those requiring a basic skills refresher, including those new to line management who need to improve team member performance.
Please note that numbers are strictly limited to 10 to ensure maximum practice and coaching time.
