The ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching is designed to give individuals the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as workplace coaches as part of their normal work role.
Who is it for?
This programme is suitable for anyone who manages or coaches others in the workplace, including team leaders, managers and directors.
