Audits and Bias Indicators

Audits and bias indicators can provide not only information about the existence of specific bias but also around the likelihood of this bias being elicited as behaviour. It is a powerful tool which can be deployed alone or combined with training to apply tailored interventions for specific groups. Audits combine bias indicators with reporting tools bought together to provide a precise snapshot about the presence and prevalence of bias in your organisation. Standard and bespoke bias indicators offer a method of detecting individual unconscious bias. Bias indicators are offered with one to one feedback or coaching that can allow delegates to understand unconscious bias as whole, the results of their indicator and creates positive action plans based on these results. Unconscious audits

Created to be undertaken anonymously, audits are designed specifically for your organisation and create the opportunity to collate comparative scores across the target population.
