Development Coaching
There are times when even the most creative individual or team hits a block to progress. They may believe they have encountered insurmountable difficulties, that they do not have the resources to get through their crisis, or ultimately that they have been defeated by their challenge.
Employees facing such dilemmas will at least recognise that change is desirable in order to move forward. What they may not yet appreciate is that the solution they seek is already in their possession.
Our development coaching enables individuals to identify and develop their skills sets and behaviours in order to enhance their potential and improve their performance and contribution to an organisation.
During a development programme, our coach will use a range of tools and techniques to enable an individual to define objectives, expand their personal toolkit and identify solutions to challenges they are facing. Our coaches work in close partnership with each individual, ensuring that individuals own their coaching programme and increase their self awareness and understand how to maximise their own potential.
Development coaching is also used to support formal training courses where coaches work with individuals to maximise the transfer of learning and enable them to embed their learning into the workplace.
Our programmes are flexible and can be delivered on a face to face or telephone basis.
