You will have an understanding – and preferably experience – of the inclusion market, will understand the inclusion community and be able to create solutions for our clients. Your experience will involve you developing and writing solutions, presenting them to our clients and project managing the final result.

Trainers and Coaches

You will have a base knowledge of neurology, have worked in the bias arena, and exude energy, engagement and self awareness. Specifically you will be able to offer experience in one or more of the following:

  • The brain and its conscious and unconscious workings
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Engagement and inclusion;Coaching at senior level – you must be a certified occupational therapist or psychologist equivalent
  • Experience of web-enabled delivery.
