Trainer/Consultant (Permanent)

The People Development Team (PDT) is a dynamic training company and leading solution provider in the area of inclusion, diversity and engagement. We are known globally as a company that provides tangible improvements in employee engagement by delivering programs in the field of unconscious bias, inclusion and leadership.

Due to our continued global expansion, we are seeking to expand our current training team. This is an opportunity for the right person to become involved in leading edge delivery of our core products including Inclusive Leadership, Cross Cultural Dexterity, Women’s Development Programmes, across the globe and at all levels. Full training is available for the right candidates in these and other programmes. We also offer full training in virtual delivery techniques. You will play a key part in our expansion, globally.


Global Account Manager - Europe

The People Development Team, headquartered in Ware UK, provides training and consultancy solutions to some of the largest organisations around the globe. With expertise in the areas of Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, Gender Balance, Talent and Cultural Dexterity, we run award winning programmes backed up by leading edge embedding media.

We are looking for an inspirational Global Account Manager who has flair, imagination and energy coupled with a good solid grounding in selling and managing customers in the field of training or associated products.


Graduate Fastrack Trainee

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join a small team focussed on high growth in a niche area of Business and Human Resources.

Instructional Designer/Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join a small team focussed on high growth in a niche area of Business and Human Resources.

A new role of Instructional Designer has been created, to work with our training delivery team in bringing together leading edge technology with our niche inclusion content. Primarily you will be designing blended, engaging, connected and interactive workshops. You will have an understanding – and preferably experience – of the inclusion market, will understand the inclusion community and be able to create solutions for our clients. Your experience will involve you developing and writing solutions, presenting them to our clients and project managing the final result.

Trainers and Coaches

You will have a base knowledge of neurology, have worked in the bias arena, and exude energy, engagement and self awareness. Specifically you will be able to offer experience in one or more of the following:

  • The brain and its conscious and unconscious workings
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Engagement and inclusion;Coaching at senior level – you must be a certified occupational therapist or psychologist equivalent
  • Experience of web-enabled delivery.
