Coaching is a process which enables an individual, with the support of a coach, to identify work related or personal goals and generate solutions and actions to attain those goals.

Our team of coaches has a wealth of experience working with people across different sectors and cultures, drawing on their own commercial backgrounds and a range of coaching and development qualifications to deliver effective and outstanding results.  

Working in a supportive and non directive way, our coaches put people back in touch with their innate solutions, enabling individuals and teams to improve their performance and gather insight into their own potential and ability to realise their goals. 

Our team works within an agreed coaching framework, with an initial coaching contract being formed with the organisation, the individual and, where possible, the coachee’s Line Manager.   Accepting that the content of the coaching session is confidential, explicit coaching objectives are agreed with the individual and the organisation at the start of the coaching contract.
